400 g fine rolled crusts
4 eggs
400 g cheese
200 g yogurt
200 ml. water
8 tbsp oil
Recipe:
Take three crusts and drizzle with 1-2 tbsp. oil. Sprinkle with a little crumbled cheese. Fold the crusts and place in an oiled pan. Repeat the process until all the ingredients are used up. Make a topping by beating the eggs with yogurt and two pinches of salt. Pour the mixture over the pie. Bake at 180° in the lower part of a preheated oven for 40 minutes.
